Business Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Analyst to drive business growth through market research, data analysis, and expansion planning. The role involves identifying new opportunities, supporting leadership in decision-making, and developing strategies to scale operations beyond current markets. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping the company's growth roadmap and strengthening investor relations.

Key Responsibilities

• •Conduct in-depth market research and trend analysis in the real estate sector
• •Identify growth opportunities, emerging markets, and investment potential
• •Develop and propose business strategies to drive company expansion and profitability
• •Analyze competitor landscape, pricing trends, and customer demand
• •Evaluate feasibility for expansion into new cities/locations beyond Greater Noida
• •Prepare business proposals, reports, and presentations for leadership
• •Work closely with the leadership team to support strategic decision-making
• •Build and maintain relationships with investors and stakeholders
• •Identify potential investment opportunities and partnerships
• •Assist in creating financial projections, ROI analysis, and risk assessments

Requirements

• •Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• •Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• •Ability to interpret data and convert insights into actionable strategies
• •Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools
• •Experience in real estate or related industry is a plus
• •Understanding of market dynamics and business development
